Oyster Shell

Oyster shell food grade powder processing involves the size reduction and fine grinding of hard, calcium carbonate-rich shells to produce a uniform powder for various applications. At DP Pulveriser Industries, we offer suitable grinding solutions including Impact Pulveriser, Micro Pulveriser, DP® sACM Air Classifier Mill, and Spiral Jet Mill, depending on the required feed size, production capacity, and final particle size. Impact and Micro Pulverisers are suitable for general to fine grinding, while the DP® sACM Air Classifier Mill provides controlled fine grinding and particle-size classification. For specialized ultra-fine grinding requirements, the Spiral Jet Mill can be considered. The resulting oyster shell powder can be used in agriculture, animal nutrition, feed applications, calcium-based formulations, and other industrial applications.
